These terms govern the use of the private analytics application ("the App")
that reads statistics about videos published on the TikTok account
`@grc_with_myk`.
The App is a single-user tool. It is operated by, and used exclusively by, the
owner of that account. There is no public sign-up, no other user, and no
service offered to third parties.
The App calls the TikTok Display API to read the account owner's own profile
statistics and the performance metrics of their own published videos, and
stores those numbers so the owner can observe how their content performs over
time.
The App does not publish, schedule, edit or delete content. It does not
interact with other users, does not read other users' data, and does not
perform any automated engagement of any kind (no automated following, liking,
commenting or viewing).
The App works only after the account owner explicitly authorises it through
TikTok's OAuth flow. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time in TikTok:
Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
Withdrawal immediately ends all access.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these
terms. In short: only the account owner's own data is read, it is never shared
or sold, and it is stored on a private server in the European Union.
The App is operated in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service
and the TikTok Community Guidelines. It does not attempt to circumvent rate
limits, does not scrape content outside the official API, and does not
artificially inflate any metric.
The App is a personal tool provided as-is, with no warranty and no service
commitment. It may be modified or discontinued at any time by its operator.
Because it has no users other than its operator, no liability towards third
parties arises from its use.
Any change will be published on this page with an updated date.
